An Islamic glass bottle vase with a compressed body rising to a long, tapering neck, enamelled in blue, red, and gold. The design features a wide band around the body containing roundels enclosing floral motifs, interspersed with red and adorned with a dense pattern of floral scrolls, positioned above two bands of vegetative motifs. The neck is stylized with a band enclosing inscriptions in large thuluth script, set between bands of classic scrolls.
Inscriptions: A repetition of the word "al-Alim," meaning "the Learned."
