Upper band: Cartouches enclosing a repetition of "God, Muhammad."
Upper central rectangle: The phrase Klimaat al-Tawhid.
Two roundels: Enclosing the phrases, "Glory be to Allah and His is the praise, Glory be to Allah, the Most Great."
Central lower cartouche: The tughra of Sultan Abdul-Hamid (r. 1876–1909 AD).
Lower central rectangle: The inscription reads: ya rasul allah / mawlana al-sultan Abdul-Hamid / yatlub al-shifa'ah bi-hadha al-mihrab al-nabawi al-sharif sana 1323AH, translated as: "O Messenger of God!
