A Persian silver box, of rectangular form with a hinged lid with cavetto edge, all raised on four short bracket feet. The lid centred with a shaped cartouche with finely engraved birds perched amidst flowers, the sides engraved with floral motifs, the interior is set with Faravahar - Zoroastrian symbol in gold.
The interior is signed with Memorial Day of the imperial Iran Air force, 17 oct, 1959.
