Of shallow rounded form with everted rim on a short foot, decorated in cobalt blue on a white ground with a large central roundel containing floral sprays and foliate interlace, surrounded by an incised band of scrollwork, the rim with a series of roundels flanked by split palmettes, the exterior with a band of stylised wave designs, the base with three abstract vegetal motifs.
