Author: Mirza Abul Fattah, a scholar, theologian, fundamentalist lawyer and interpreter, one of the tribes of Sayyid al-Sharif al-Jurjani. He was highly respected by the Safavid Sultan Shah Tahmasb, wrote one of the books: a book explaining the verses of the rulings in Persian, which he called “Shahi Tafsir”. He composed it by order of the Sultan. In this brief the author discusses the rulings of the Hajj according to the Imami school and opposes the major Imams of the sunni school of the Islam such as Abu Hanifa, Al-Maliki and AL-Shafi'i
