A SILVER INLAID BRONZE MAMLUK STYLE INCENSE BURNER, 20TH CENTURY

An incense burner of a wide tubular body richly decorated with silver inlays, resting on three feet with stylized floral and vegetal motifs. The pierced domed lid with a knob shaped as a flower bud is engraved with interlocking patterns and calligraphic cartouches. Inside there is an open-work holder with a central star motif to place the incense on.
