A MUGHAL JADE PENDANT, 18TH CENTURY

A very fine pendant (haldili), carved from a single, translucent piece of light green or ‘mutton fat’ nephrite jade, carved with floral motifs.
The colour is more a pale greyish-green and with excellent uniformity.
12th AH/18th AD century

Size: 6.1 cm.
