Arabic manuscript on paper depicting a hadith, a large line of black thuluth script surmounting four lines of neat black naskh, seperated by verse rosettes outlined in black, decoration comprising 2 applied panels of foliate motifs, all ruled in gold and polychrome borders. The margin with a later royal gold and polychrome decoration. Signed by Dervish Ali student of Mehmed Kaimzade and dated 1191 AH/1776 AD.
