Gouache heightened with gold on paper, depicting a map of the world in mercator projection, surrounded by gilt roundels, with two gilt bands enclosing Turkish inscriptions, with ownership statements and seal of 1295 AH and a later 1332 AH. The back side printed on fabric with the tughra of Fatih Sultan Mehmet II with a hadith praising the sultan and his army.
