A carved Chinese wooden sculpture depicting a guardian lion, or foo dog, standing protectively over its cub. Made from solid hardwood, the parent lion has a fierce expression, roaring upwards while the cub nestles close by. They are positioned within a rocky landscape adorned with floral carvings.
In a good condition with some losses, shrinkage crack hind leg. Please refer to the photos for a clear condition reference.
