An exquisite and vibrant large Japanese ceramic bowl from the Showa period, masterfully decorated in a wraparound pine tree motif. The surface is richly detailed with multi-colored enamel foliage and shimmering gold lacquer highlights, showcasing both seasonal beauty and artistic craftsmanship. Elevated on a tapered foot, the bowl’s striking visual depth continues inside and out. The base bears an artist’s signature in underglaze blue.
