This elegant set of two lacquered wooden sake pitchers, or chochin, showcases the pinnacle of traditional Japanese decorative artistry. Each vessel is meticulously adorned in radiant gold lacquer, featuring swirling floral motifs that flow harmoniously across the rounded black surfaces. The design wraps seamlessly from spout to handle, creating a strikingly unified and ornate aesthetic.

Crafted from wood and finished with a lustrous, high-polish lacquer, the pitchers also feature intricately detailed metallic accents on the lids and fine, contrasting bases with a shimmering red interior surface.
