A Chinese porcelain meiping vase, decorated in cobalt blue with a dignitary riding a horse accompanied by his servants beside a large pine tree in a cloudy landscape, above a band of stiff leaves around the base. The shoulder is stylized with a diaper band containing cartouches enclosing floral motifs.
