The teapot is decorated with shaped panels enclosing figures in river landscape scenes, all on a black floral ground above a band of white-glazed petals to the foot. The domed cover is similarly decorated and is surmounted by a knob finial. The foliate stand is decorated with further landscape panels, interspersed with flowers and foliage on a black ground, the rim with a scroll band.
Height 11 cm.
Diameter dish 15.6 cm.
