A Chinese porcelain bowl, finely potted with deep rounded sides rising from a slightly tapered foot to an everted rim, the exterior painted with six large lotus blooms borne on a leafy scroll meandering around the bowl, all between a classic scrolls band and upright stylised lotus petal lappets. The bottom inscribed in underglaze blue with a Chinese Zhengde six-character mark within a double circle.
