A Chinese porcelain dish, finely decorated to the centre with a star-shaped panel enclosing a bird perched on a rock below a butterfly in flight amongst flowers, all surrounded by eight roundels enclosing alternating precious objects and flower sprigs separated by brocade designs.
Diameter 20 cm.

In good condition, minimal fritting consistent with Kraak porcelain, burst glaze bubbles.
