A CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE KRAAK PORCELAIN DISH, WANLI PERIOD (1572-1620)

The dish is finely decorated to the centre with a star-shaped panel enclosing a large censer filled with flowers in a fenced garden, all surrounded by further lappet-shaped panels enclosing alternating precious objects and blossoming branches separated by brocade designs. The reverse is decorated with roundels enclosing lingzhi fungus.
