A Chinese jade vase of slender baluster shape rising from a tall, slightly everted foot, the body finely carved in low-relief with peony and chrysanthemum blossoming flower heads amongst floral leafy sprays, the waisted neck is flanked by a pair of floral stem handles suspending loose rings. The domed cover with an elaborate openwork finial in the form of flower heads.
The semi-translucent stone is of warm white tone and is softly polished.
