A Chinese porcelain wall vase, baluster shape with a flattened back, delicately painted with a panel enclosing blossoming peony and chrysanthemum flowers and foliage growing from ornamental rocks, surrounded by scrolling lotus sprays on a bright yellow ground, standing on a fixed red-glazed gilt-decorated tripod stand, stylised with gilt floral sprays, the bottom with a Chinese Qianlong seal mark. The interior of the neck turquoise with a gilt rim.
