A CHINESE CLOISONNÉ ENAMEL GARLIC HEAD VASE, JINGTAI INCISED SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN A LINE (1450-1456), 17TH/18TH CENTURY

A Chinese cloisonne garlic head vase, enamelled to the body with dragons and phoenix birds chasing a flaming pearl amongst clouds, set between a key fret chain and stiff leaves to the base. The elongated neck stylized with lotus blossoms interspersed with the Eight Buddhist emblems amongst foliage. The bottom with a Chinese Jingtai six character mark.
