A CHINESE GILT BRONZE DRAGON DRIP PAN, 17TH/18TH CENTURY

The interior of the rectangular pan is decorated with two fierce confronting dragons chasing the flaming pearl which forms the holding vessel. The everted rim of the pan is incised with squared scrolls, all standing on four feet.
