A Chinese porcelain jar, incised with ducks swimming amongst lake plants. The cover is in the form of a lotus leaf and is surmounted with a stem-form finial. The vessel is covered overall with a pale blue glaze that pools in the recesses. The base is unglazed to reveal the white body.
