A Chinese porcelain vase, the broad-shouldered baluster body rising a waisted neck, brightly enamelled around the exterior with large lotus flower heads borne on leafy strapwork stems, between bajixiang emblems. the rim with ruyi heads enclosing flowers and plantain lappet band at the base, all reserved on a rich ruby-red ground, the bottom with an iron-red Chinese Jiaqing six-character mark on a turquoise glazed ground.
