The Goddess of Mercy is carved with a serene face and her hair in high chignon below a cowl. She wears long robes and in one hand holds a scroll and the other hand rests on her right knee as she sits in Royal Ease. She is seated on a pierced rocky base. The figure and her robes are covered in gilt lacquer.
Height: 26 cm.

Flaking and crackles to the lacquer. A few small wormholes to the wood. Some chips to the edges.
