A thinly potted shallow cup rising from a short, flared foot to a gently everted rim, its rounded sides divided into eight petal-lobes by notched indentations around the edge. It rests on a saucer-shaped stand with a central stepped pedestal. Both pieces are covered overall in a pale, ice-blue translucent glaze. 15 by 8 cm.
