Of translucent uranium-green glass. The vessel stands on a broad scalloped circular foot and has a pear-shaped body rising to a tall, tapering neck, fitted with a long curved spout and an opposing loop handle. The mouth is closed with a matching stopper surmounted by a pointed finial.

The lower body is decorated with wheel-cut geometric ornament arranged in arched and chevron panels with rows of small circular cut motifs, while the shoulder and neck are enriched with polychrome enamel floral sprays and scrolling vegetal designs in red, blue, white and black, creating a contrast between the cut decoration below and the finely painted ornament above.
