A Japanese Kutani charger

The charger is decorated with a central medallion enclosing a scene of two ladies seated beside a large chrysanthemum flowering branch. The sides with a diaper band containing cartouches enclosing flowers and scrolls. The exterior with three large flowers abs scrolls on a green ground.
