During the reign of Mohammad Shah, he became a rebel (Ishik Aghasi Bashi). In 1277 AH, he received the title of Zahir al-Dawla. Muhammad Nasir Khan was a religious man and because he was popular among the ulema and clerics, he was once in charge of the affairs of the ulema and Sadat of the Dar al-Khalafah. He has also been in charge of bread and grain and taking care of the affairs of princes, westerners, guests, and arranging the affairs of the servants of the people and eunuchs, as well as the maintenance of palaces and shrines.
