THREE CHINESE PORCELAIN SNUFF BOTTLES, 19TH CENTURY

The first is an underglaze copper-red decorated moonflask snuff bottle decorated in a Ming style with two strap handles to the shoulders and a floral roundel to the two sides of the body. The second is an blue and white square-section snuff bottle with canted corners, the sides are decorated with panels enclosing scholars and boys at play, all reserved on a floral ground, the base with an apocryphal Chenghua mark. The third is a cylindrical snuff bottle decorated with a dragon in flight amongst scrolling clouds and waves, the base with an apocryphal Qianlong mark. Height 7 cm.
