A Chinese yellow ground famille rose 'dragon and phoenix' bowl

The exterior is decorated with a dragon and phoenix amongst colourful ruyi-shaped cloud scrolls above tumultuous waves, all reserved on a yellow enamelled ground. The interior is decorated with an iron red and gilt dragon.
