A Chinese iron-red-ground blue and white 'dragon and lotus' vase, gu

The vase is decorated to the flaring neck, foot, and globular body with three registers of striding five-clawed dragons amongst lotus flowers and leaves, all on a ground of iron-red scrolls between bands of waves. The base bears an apocryphal Chenghua mark.
