A Chinese blue and white 'scrolling lotus' arrow vase

The vase is decorated to the neck with two cylindrical tubular handles decorated with waves, the body and neck with a band of scrolling lotus, the shoulder and foot with a band of tumultuous waves amongst further scroll and ruyi-head bands.
