A CHINESE CELADON GROUND FAMILLE ROSE PORCELAIN PILLOW, LATE QING DYNASTY (1644-1911)

The celadon-ground pillow is decorated to each side with an openwork shou symbol surrounded by two openwork dragons with alternating colors either pink or blue, further painted with lotus flowers and foliage. The top is decorated with three iron-red bats, three small blue bats, flowers and foliage, all enclosing the rim,with Chinese character, the base with upright panels.

Appears to be in an overall good condition, wear to the enamels consistent with the age. 21 cm. high, 26 cm. diam.
