A Chinese blue and white 'sea creatures' bowl

The bowl is decorated to the centre with a winged dragoncarp amongst tumultuous waves surrounded by a band of various mythical sea beasts amongst crashing waves, the rim decorated with a classic scroll. The exterior is similarly decorated and the base bears an apocryphal Xuande mark.
