The elongated box is decorated with four cartouches containing lotus scrolls, on a honeycomb ground. The cover is decorated with a five-clawed dragon striding amongst clouds, the sides with flowers and foliage while the inside with the Three Friends of Winter, prunus, bamboo and pine Chinese Xuande six character mark. 32.5 by 8 by 8 cm.
